Michael T. Byrne
Board Chairperson
Michael Byrne has been providing financial planning services since 1987. A Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), he is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and has a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Byrne is both a brother and a father to individuals with disabilities and began on the Board as a Parent Member, and currently serves on the Development Committee. He is highly regarded as a specialist in working with families affected by disabilities and is a frequent speaker at conferences on financial planning. He has been highlighted in national and local media, including a feature article on special-needs planning in Money Magazine. Mr. Byrne is also on the Board of Directors of Urban Promise, providing education and camps for children in Camden. He resides in Marlton with his wife Sharon and their two children, Kelsey, a Kingsway graduate, and Kevin, a college student at James Madison University.

Jason Breig, MD
Board Vice-Chairperson
Jason Brieg, MD, received his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and has recently returned to his native South Jersey after completing his residency in Northern Virginia. He is Board certified in Family Medicine and a member of Virtua Physicians Partners and Virtua Medical Group. Jason is long familiar with Kingsway Learning Center and during his residency actively consulted with schools of a similar type helping to improve clinical protocols and direct service to children. Jason has already made interesting suggestions on bridging to family medicine practice groups.

Nicole Landau
Board Secretary/Treasurer
Over the last 20+ years, starting in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, Nicole gained experience in auditing and running all aspects of the financial process of various companies. She elevated through several financial roles over the next 10 years at Medical Broadcasting Company, which later became Digitas Health in Philadelphia. She then had another 10-year term at Direct Image and Design where she built and managed the accounting and finance department and served as a member of the Senior Management Team. She is currently working as a CFO for Your Outsourced CFO. She partners with CEOs of various small- to medium-size businesses on developing and executing financial process and growth strategies. Nicole’s 17-year-old son, who has autism, has attended Kingsway for three years. Nicole and her husband, Adam, felt Kingsway was a great fit from the first time they visited the Moorestown campus. Their son is thriving in the program and is about to start participating in the Community Based Instruction Program. Nicole is excited to contribute to an organization that has been so beneficial to her son, and looks forward to developing more opportunities for the special needs population.
​Robert L. Edwards
Board Member
Robert Edwards has been on the board since 1993. When his son attended Kingsway, he served as a parent representative before becoming a member. He is the current Board Treasurer and Finance Committee Chairperson. Professionally, Mr. Edwards specializes in restructuring and turnaround services. As a former CFO, he is qualified to assist companies, manage their cash flow, and improve operations by preparing budgets, forecasts, and models. He advises clients in both pre-bankruptcy and post-petition bankruptcy environments including Chapter 11 restructurings and workouts with lenders. Mr. Edwards has over twenty-five years experience as a financial executive officer. He has worked for several large international companies and start-up companies. He was a former CFO for Synova Healthcare, Inc., where he raised over $15 million of private equity capital. He has been employed as a CFO for FMC Industrial Chemical Group, Peroxide Business United, and Asea Brown Boveri for US Transportation Group. Additionally, he worked as a corporate accountant, treasurer, and controller for K-tron International, Inc as a corporate accountant, treasurer, and controller. His financial and operational experience consists of industrial equipment manufacturing, large long-term capital projects, chemical and medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries. He also has experience in the areas of turnaround, pre-bankruptcy, and post-petition bankruptcy.

Donna Forman
Board Member
Donna Forman lives in Cherry Hill with her husband Rick. They have three daughters, Lindsay, Karly, and Sydney, and are grandparents to Parker and Addison. Donna is a Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Arts from Douglass College and has a dual Masters Degree from Hahnemann Medical School in Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology. After her youngest daughter Sydney was born in 1996, with many medical issues and developmental delays, Donna stopped working and devoted her passions to being an advocate for Sydney. Donna has been a member of the Cooper Foundation Board of Trustees since 2012. She has also served as the Vice President of The Little Rock Foundation and has been active with the Gloucester County Special Services School District. Her most recent accomplishment is the founding of PALS, a summer camp social program for non-verbal young adults using Augmentative Communication. Donna has also served as chairperson for the Pink Roses Teal Magnolias through MD Anderson at Cooper, a fundraiser for breast and ovarian cancer. She is also chairperson for Cousins for a Cure, a fundraiser for Mitochondrial Disease. Donna looks forward to using her passion and experience to help Kingsway continue to thrive.

Dr. Andie Iannuzzelli
Board Member
Andie first became familiar with Kingsway in 2012 when her son, Nick, entered the secondary program to complete high school. She instantly became a fan of Kingsway, and now serves on the Board in the dual capacity of a physician and parent. She received her BA from Douglass College at Rutgers University, and completed her medical training at Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. She has specialized in internal medicine, nephrology, and geriatrics. It is her passion to help underserved populations, such as the intellectually/developmentally disabled clients at Kingsway. She serves as the President of Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine’s Alumni Association, as well as on advocacy committees for the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities. Andie lives in Medford Lakes, NJ, with her husband and two sons.

Ken Kramer
Board Member
Ken Kramer leads an award-winning architectural design firm of 120 people. The firm practices in over 22 states with office locations in New York City, Philadelphia, and Orlando. Ken’s responsibilities include the Firm’s operations, financial management, Retirement Plan Administrator, and charitable contributions oversight. Ken specializes in Healthcare design and leads a team of professionals to design the major Healthcare projects for the firm. In this capacity, Ken works closely with engineering and construction teams to develop design solutions and is well-versed in healthcare trends, guidelines, life and safety requirements, and the functional programming needs of each area of the healthcare facility. In addition to his work with Kingsway, Ken also served as a founding board member for the Hiway Theatre in Jenkintown, PA.​

Ellis I. Medoway
Board Member
Mr. Medoway has been an attorney with Archer & Greiner since 1987. He joined Kingsway’s Executive Board in 1998 at the request of friend and fellow Board member, Rob Edwards. Mr. Medoway earned his BA from Penn State, M.Ed. and JD from Rutgers University and an M.Ed. from Trenton State College. Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, he served as Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, where he represented several state agencies, including the Departments of Health, Education and Treasury. Mr. Medoway lives in Cherry Hill, NJ, with his wife, and has three grown children.​

Jeanne H. Whalen
Board Member
Jeanne Whalen has served on the Board of Directors since her son was a Kingsway student 32 years ago. She has been the Board Chairperson for 15 years. Ms. Whalen has worked in the field of education as a teacher, administrator and consultant for 45 years and is the recipient of a number of honors, including the Governor’s Teacher Recognition Award. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey in Elementary Education. Although retired, Ms. Whalen continues to be active in the field of education.​
